- Assalamu alaikum, brother Ayman. There are several issues you need to consider. If you are fluent in English only than Ireland would be better choice as they speak Dutch, German and French in Belgium. This is important as you will have to register for practice with relevant professional body (http://www.thepsi.ie in Ireland and http://www.apb.be/fr/corp/Pages/default.aspx in Belgium) and may need to do exams depending on your qualifications. On the other hand there are much more Muslim in Belgium than in Ireland and unemployment rate in Belgium is half of that in Ireland. I personally would advice you to go to the country where it is easier to get registered for practice. When you are registered it should be easy for you to get the job insha Allah.
